MISSOULA CHILDREN'S THEATRE PRESENTS ALICE IN WONDERLAND AT VITERBO NOV. 6
LA CROSSE, Wis.-- Explore a fantasy world full of giant caterpillars, mad hatters, and endless adventure when the Missoula Children's Theatre presents Alice in Wonderland at Viterbo University, Saturday, Nov. 6.
Despite constant run-ins with villains, Alice remains intent on discovering who she is in this magical adaptation of Alice in Wonderland that uses unconventional staging and costumes to plunge the audience into Lewis Carroll's topsy-turvy dream world.
Missoula Children's Theatre is a non-profit organization based in Missoula, Mont. It has been touring extensively throughout the United States and abroad for 27 years, serving more than 300 communities each year. Each production comes complete with professionally designed scenery, costumes, props, and makeup. Missoula Children's Theatre has become a regular of the Viterbo Arts for Young America Program and involves many youth from the La Crosse community in both their productions and workshops.
Alice in Wonderland is sponsored by the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Western Wisconsin, Inc. and is supported, in part, by a grant from the Wisconsin Arts Board with funds from the State of Wisconsin. Performance times are 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. in the Viterbo University Fine Arts Center Main Theatre. Tickets are $7 for children under 12 and $9 for adults.
