VITERBO RECEIVES GRANT INCREASE FROM WISCONSIN ARTS BOARD
LA CROSSE, Wis.—The Performing Arts Network (PAN), a program of the Wisconsin Arts Board, has awarded over $12,000 in grant funds to Viterbo University in support of fine arts events—an increase of almost $3,000 from the previous year.
The PAN program of Wisconsin provides funding for arts organizations that sponsor a series of four or more performances by professional touring artists who reside outside the sponsor’s community. Funds are granted to underwrite artists’ fees associated with a locally planned performing arts series.
At Viterbo, the PAN grant will support 18 performances in the Bright Star Season, NexStar Season, and Ronald McDonald’s Arts for Young America performing arts series.
