SATURDAY CONFERENCE FOCUSES ON LAITY IN THE CHURCH

LA CROSSE—Wis. The Pastoral Education program at Viterbo University will present its second biennial Conference on the Laity on Saturday, April 26, at the San Damiano Chapel on the Viterbo campus.

The program begins with registration at 8:30 a.m. and concludes at 1:30 p.m. after lunch, at Place of Grace Catholic Worker House, honoring the graduates of the Pastoral Education program. Speakers during the morning include Earl Madary, religious studies professor at Viterbo; Richard Sage, a Catholic deacon; Sister Celesta Day, a Franciscan Sister of Perpetual Adoration; and members of the Pastoral Education program.
