ART GALLERY TO HOLD SENIOR SHOW FEB. 14 TO MARCH 2

LA CROSSE, Wis.— The Viterbo University Art Department Gallery will feature a senior art show Wednesday, Feb. 14 through Friday, March 2 with an opening reception on Wednesday, Feb. 14 from 7:30-9 p.m.

The work of Viterbo senior art students Ryan Myers, Elizabeth Winters, and Marianne Thornton will be displayed. Pen and ink drawings and photography comprise the displayed art of Elizabeth Winters, from West Salem. Her work deals with moods and feelings exposed from daily life experiences. Thornton, from La Crosse, will show work in a variety of media that includes charcoal drawings, oil painting, ceramic sculpture, and weaving. Her work reflects her own spirituality.

The reception is free and open to the public. There is no admission charge to the Gallery, which is located on the third floor of the Viterbo Fine Arts Center on the corner of Jackson and Ninth Streets in La Crosse. The Gallery is open during regular school hours or at other times by request.
