VITERBO STUDENT RECOGNIZED FOR ACHIEVEMENTS IN COLLEGE CHEMISTRY STUDIES
LA CROSSE Wis.—Neshkoro native Jenny Drexler was recently awarded the Outstanding Senior award by the American Institute of Chemists Foundation (AICF).
Along with the honor, Drexler, who graduated from Viterbo College on May 14 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in chemistry, received an award certificate and a one-year Student Associate membership in the American Institute of Chemists.
The honor is part of the ACIF’s annual student awards program that recognizes seniors, post-baccalaureate, and post-doctoral students majoring in chemistry, chemical engineering, or biochemistry for their demonstrated leadership, ability, and professional promise.
Viterbo College is a four-year, co-educational, liberal arts college located in La Crosse. Viterbo was founded more than a century ago by the Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration.
