LA CROSSE, Wis.--On Wednesday, May 3, at 7:30 p.m. in the Viterbo Main Theatre, the Kalichstein-Laredo-Robinson Trio will perform classic piano trio repertoire including Beethoven and Brahms.

The program will also include the Wisconsin premiere of a work by Richard Danielpour, a very popular contemporary composer.
Kalichstein-Laredo-Robinson includes pianist Joseph Kalichstein, violinist Jaime Laredo, and cellist Sharon Robinson.  All three members of Kalichstein-Laredo-Robinson, who also perform as soloists, got their start in 1977 when they played at President Carter’s inauguration at the White House.  Having played together for more than 20 years, their experience shows in their beautifully tuned unisons and close harmony as they display technical artistry and emotional interpretation.

This production is sponsored by James G. Birnbaum and Ross A. Seymour Attorneys-At-Law and is supported, in part, by a grant from the Wisconsin Arts Board with funds from the State of Wisconsin.

Tickets are $25 and $19.  For more information, or to order tickets, contact the Viterbo Box Office at 796-3100.
