VITERBO UNIVERSITY SPRING COMMENCEMENT IS MAY 10
LA CROSSE, Wis. – Three hundred nine undergraduate, 46 graduate, and five associate degree students will be candidates for graduation at Viterbo University’s spring commencement ceremony at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 10 in the La Crosse Center.
Jan Janiszewski, president of the faculty assembly, will serve as Master of Ceremonies, and Travis Bassett, a broad field social studies major from Amherst, will deliver the student address. Juan Jimenez, class of 2001 and 2006, will give the alumni welcome, and Viterbo President Rick Artman will confer the degrees.
A Baccalaureate Mass will be held that morning at 11 a.m. in the Maria Angelorum Chapel at St. Rose Convent. The Rev. Thomas O’Neill will preside at the liturgy. The nursing pinning ceremony will be at 7 p.m. Friday, May 9 in the Fine Arts Center Main Theatre. The RN to BSN program pinning ceremony will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, May 10 in the Fine Arts Center Recital Hall.
