“UNDERSTANDING DIVERSITY: IGNITING PASSION, POWER, AND POSSIBILITY” AT VITERBO UNIVERSITY MARCH 11
LA CROSSE, Wis. – Audience members will learn how they have the power to create the just and accepting world they wish for in their dreams at a presentation entitled “Understanding Diversity: Igniting Passion, Power, and Possibility” at Viterbo University Tuesday, March 11.
“Understanding Diversity: Igniting Passion, Power, and Possibility” with presenter Marilyn Levin will be held at 6:30 p.m. in Reinhart Center 127. Marilyn Levin is an award-winning activist, speaker, educator, and author with expertise in social justice, diversity, experiential education, and non-profit work.
The event is co-sponsored by the Viterbo Social Work program and the White Privilege Awareness Group, which is comprised of students who attended the White Privilege conference and returned to campus with a commitment to enhance community response to diverse people and ideas.
