NATIONALLY RENOWNED EDUCATOR TO SPEAK AT VITERBO
LA CROSSE, Wis. – Nationally renowned educator, author, and speaker Todd Whitaker, Ph.D., will present “What Great Teachers Do Differently” in the Viterbo University Fine Arts Center Main Theatre at 9 a.m. Friday, July 13.
Whitaker is a professor of educational leadership at Indiana State University and the author of several books widely known in the field of education, including What Great Principals Do Differently and What Great Teachers Do Differently. He has published works in the areas of teacher leadership, instructional improvement, change, leadership effectiveness, technology, and middle level practices.
The event is free and open to the public, and area educators are especially welcome to attend. Part of Whitaker’s audience will be the 480 students in Viterbo’s Master of Arts Degree in Education program, who will be on campus that week completing their requirements for graduation.
