WORLD RENOWNED PIANIST TO PERFORM AT VITERBO UNIVERSITY
LA CROSSE, Wis. – Renowned Brazilian-born pianist Arnaldo Cohen will amaze the audience with his musical authority and complexity as he brings his blistering style to the Viterbo University Fine Arts Center Main Theatre at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, March 15.
Described as “one of the greatest pianists I have ever heard,” by a music critic from the Chicago Tribune, Cohen’s performances are sure to delight music lovers everywhere. He is routinely invited to perform with leading major orchestras such as the Philadelphia Orchestra, Cleveland Orchestra, Los Angeles Philharmonic, Royal Philharmonic, and the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra.
Cohen’s program for this Bright Star Season performance is Arabesque in C Major by Schumann, Brahms’ Variations and Fugue on a by Handel, and Chopin’s Four Scherzi.
