Register for Seven Rivers before fall break. The deadline for to register to present or attend Seven Rivers is this Friday, Oct. 23. The event is free, and all Viterbo students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to attend.  Students who have engaged in significant, rigorous scholarship in their discipline are encouraged to give an oral presentation, share a poster, or perform/present their creative work. Intramural season 2 registration is open. Season 2 leagues include: badminton, basketball, competitive and recreational volleyball, dodgeball, and bowling. Registration deadline is Oct. 29 at 8 p.m. Registration can be done on Sportifik.


A Big Boar Pork Sandwich Sale will be held from 11 a.m.–4 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 22 in the Fine Arts Center Atrium. Cost is $8 cash and proceeds support Viterbo’s Platinum Edition Show Choir. Free trip to the Minneapolis Institute of Art sponsored by History Club. The trip will be Friday, Nov. 20, departing campus at 9:30 a.m. and returning around 9 p.m. Transportation, museum admission, and lunch will be provided by the History Club, dinner will be at one's own expense. Reserve your spot now. Donate your old cell phones for Victims of Domestic Violence. Health Services is collecting your old cell phones and accessories in cooperation with the Verizon HopeLine program or Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Follow these steps to donate: erase any data from the phone and disconnect the phone’s service, remove any storage and SIM cards from the phone, power off the phone, then drop off in Health Services. Bring along the battery, charger and any accessories you wish to donate. These will be collected until the end of October. Questions? Call Sue Danielson at 796-3806 or


La Crosse Warming Center volunteer training is being offered on campus Thursday, Oct. 22 from 12:30–2 p.m. in Reinhart Center 130. All students, employees, and community members interested in volunteering at the Warming Center are invited to attend.
