Grades for the Spring 2015 term must be submitted in VitNet no later than Tuesday, May 12 at noon. There are many processes dependent on all grades being finalized in the system. Any late grades will delay those processes.
The Mathy Center will be closed May 10–17. Summer hours will begin Monday, May 18.
Flex Hours Begin May 26: Viterbo will adjust its summer operating hours from Tuesday, May 26–Friday, July 31. During this time, offices will be expected to remain open Monday–Friday from 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. The university will revert to its standard operating hours of 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday, August 3. From May 26–July 31 employees may have, with departmental supervisor approval, the option of flexible scheduling during these weeks or the option of working the standard operating hours, as long as each office remains open from 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. and standard services remain available.
There will not be daily Mass in San Damiano Chapel during the summer. Daily Mass will resume when students return in August.
Summer jobs available at the library: Pick up an application at the front desk. You do not have to be work study to apply, but you must be a student returning in the fall.
Wish Carter Martin, Fine Arts Center director of event operations, well at a farewell reception in his honor from 10–11 a.m. Tuesday, May 12 in the Fine Arts Center Hospitality Suite. Refreshments will be served. Carter has accepted a position with the Paradise Center for the Arts in Faribault, Minn. His last day at Viterbo will be May 12.

Beginning Monday, May 11 the Murphy Center fifth floor corridor carpet will be replaced. This work should take most of the week. Access to offices will not be affected.
