Hiring news from Sonya Ganther, human resources: Kori Salaski has accepted the appointment as interim registrar from April 1 to Dec. 31. Kori has served as the assistant registrar for Viterbo for the last eight years. A timeline/process for the registrar’s position after Dec. 31 will be determined in the fall.

Study on social networks at Viterbo: Interested in learning more about how students at Viterbo are connected? What roles do majors, extracurricular activities, home towns, and more play in the friendships built on campus? Researchers at Viterbo are looking for student participants to investigate these questions. By completing a brief survey and making a friend request on Facebook, researchers will be able to analyze the friends you have at Viterbo and address the questions above. Preliminary findings, as they are completed, will be shared with participants. Participation is voluntary, will not ask you for any sensitive information, and should take less than five minutes. A group of UW-Madison seniors are creating a marketing campaign for the Wisconsin Bike Federation. The goal of the campaign is to increase memberships and awareness among college students across the state of Wisconsin. The survey should take 3-5 minutes, and all responses are confidential.
