The Viterbo community is invited to celebrate Founders’ Week with an ice cream social with the members of the FSPA from 1–2:30 p.m. Friday, March 23 at St. Rose Convent.


Viterbo dietetics interns will host a grocery store tour Saturday, March 24 from 10–11 a.m. The tour will cover the importance of label reading and common marketing tools used to advertise products. Topics to be discussed include common barriers to introducing new foods into the diet as well as providing participants with education on how to eat healthfully on a budget. Students and Staff: Some dietetic Interns at Viterbo are currently working on a research project with the purpose of making connections between social media use and overall health habits, fad diets, and food ingredients. This study will be conducted through an online survey and should take about 10 minutes to complete.
