4–5 p.m. Decoding the Federal Job Application Process – Reinhart Center room 127. This presentation will feature information for all majors about federal employment/internship opportunities, as well as tips for a successful application for federal government positions.


A University Forum for employees will be held from 3:30–4:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 2 in the Fine Arts Center Recital Hall. President Glena Temple will present news from the Jan. 30 Board of Trustees meeting and will provide an update on the enrollment census numbers.


SAB “Follow the Bricks to Vic!” Scavenger Hunt: Use the daily clue to find the sticker Vic and bring him back to the Office of Resident’s Life to be entered into a drawing at the end of the week for a $30 Amazon gift card. Clue: Although it’s not the Emerald City, avoiding this place would be such a pity. Finding Vic will depend on which ticket you pick.


Snapchat Takeover: Brandy Kummer, vice president of Viterbo’s Student Activity Board, will take over the viterbosnaps Snapchat account today.


Chocolates sale for Valentine's Day. $10 for a box of chocolates. Viterbo SDA will be taking orders until Feb. 10. This is a fundraiser for dietetics students to attend the annual Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Conference. Email Macie Maulbetsch at to place your order.


The works of guest artist Kati Toivanen will be featured in an exhibit entitled “Transmutations” opening with a reception at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 1 in the Viterbo University Gallery. Toivanen will give an artist workshop from 10 a.m.–noon that day in Fine Arts Center room 301. She will also give an artist talk from 6:30–7:30 p.m. in the same location.


Attend a How to File Taxes presentation at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 1 in Brophy Center 124. Learn how to file your taxes, what it means to be claimed as a dependent on your parent’s taxes, and tax breaks for students.
