Everyone is encouraged to wish Viterbo's students from China a Happy New Year. Typically it is a 15-day festival celebrated with dragon dances and fireworks. The New Year’s eve dinner is believed to be the most important meal of the year. Family members enjoy food and time together. This upcoming New Year is the year of the Rooster.
