Viterbo will host the Health Science Scholarship Competition Friday, Feb. 13 in the Reinhart Center. There will be 24 competitors taking part in the event, which will run from 8 a.m.–4 p.m. The winner of this competition will receive a full-tuition scholarship.

Learn more about the psychology and substance abuse counseling majors and minors, mingle with faculty and other students, eat snacks, and enter a raffle for a chance to win prizes.
The Viterbo Student Dietetics Association will hos Sue Zbornick, a 1983 Viterbo Dietetics graduate, who is currently a practicing accredited nutritionist working and living in Sydney, Australia. She will be speaking about her experiences treating eating disorders and obesity as well as her book, “Find Your Happetite.” It is scheduled for Monday, Feb. 16 at 7 p.m. in the School of Nursing Buidling room 195. Everyone is welcome to attend.
Gluten-Free Interactive Cooking Classes: Viterbo nutrition/dietetic students and interns will be conducting interactive cooking classes to inform those with Celiac disease, wheat allergy, and non-celiac gluten sensitivity on healthy, delicious food alternatives and how to prepare them. There are four sessions for community members to participate in for a fee of $10 each session.
