Message from Campus Ministry: Viterbo joins the celebration of the Jubilee Year of Mercy. Pope Francis calls us all to contemplate the gift of God’s mercy throughout history and in our own lives with an observance of an Extraordinary Jubilee Year of Mercy. Beginning today Dec. 8, the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, marks the closing of the Second Vatican Council and the beginning of a new era in the Catholic Church. As Viterbo will offer opportunities for service and reflection throughout this Holy Year, let us in the words of Pope Francis, “hold one another in prayer under the mantle of mercy as this extraordinary year unfolds.”
