1–3:30 p.m. Welcome Back Bash – Mathy Center. The event features more than 100 booths from area businesses, volunteer organizations, and campus departments. It is sponsored by Student Life. Free food and prizes.

 

5:30 p.m. Moon Tunes – Riverside Park. Meet in the Student Union. The group will leave at 5 p.m.

 

5:30 p.m. Fine Arts Center Volunteer Usher Orientation Session – Meet in the Fine Arts Center Lobby. Ushers are needed for the 2017-18 season. See professional artists and lecturers as well as your peers free of charge. No previous experience necessary. Must attend one, hour-long orientation session. The Viterbo community is invited to attend First Friday Prayer from 8:15–8:50 a.m. Friday, Sept. 1 in San Damiano Chapel. First Friday Prayer is held the first Friday of each month. This interfaith service is welcoming to all faith traditions.

 

Students interested in learning more about their opportunities to study abroad during their college career, be sure to check out the Study Abroad Fair Wednesday, Sept. 6 from 9:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m. in the Student Union Lobby. Program leaders from spring 2018 programs will be available to answer your questions. The time to travel is now, why not get credit for doing so? A Caregiver Job Fair will be held from 11 a.m.–2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 6 in the Reinhart Center Board Room. There will be many opportunities for part-time caregiving positions, including certified nursing assistants, resident care assistants, direct care providers, group home staff, and in-home care providers. Dress is business casual or interview. Students should bring copies of their resume. The event is hosted by Career Services. Call 608-796-3828 with any questions.
