Viterbo University to Celebrate Wisconsin Private College Week July 10-14

LA CROSSE, Wis. – Viterbo University and the other 23 private nonprofit colleges and universities in the state will celebrate Wisconsin Private College Week Monday, July 10–Friday, July 14.

Prospective students and their family members are invited to visit Viterbo any day from 10 a.m.–4 p.m. to:

  • tour campus, including academic buildings, athletic facilities, and residence halls.
  • meet individually with an admission counselor to learn about enrolling, scholarships, and campus life.
  • interact with current students and hear about their experiences at Viterbo.
  • receive a free T-shirt.
  • register to win one of two iPads being given away in celebration of Private College Week by the Wisconsin Association of Independent Colleges and Universities.

“Private College Week is a perfect time to visit Viterbo and discover everything the university and the city of La Crosse have to offer,” said Caryn Witt, Visit and Events Coordinator at Viterbo. “Visiting campus is a very important step in finding the university or college that is right for you.”

Now in its 22nd year, Wisconsin Private College Week is designed to highlight the advantages of enrolling at a private institution of higher learning. It is sponsored by the Wisconsin Association of Independent Colleges and Universities.
