Last fall, Sonya Ganther, human resources, presented the results of the employee satisfaction survey from spring 2015. Two working groups will be formed to focus on work life balance and communication, which were identified through the results of the survey as areas for improvement.
The working groups will have an initial meeting at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 10 in the School of Nursing Building room 202. This first meeting will focus on brainstorming what is included in these two areas and steps for improvement. The groups will meet for one hour each month through the spring semester until determining agreed upon next steps. Contact Sonya Ganther if you would like to participate in the working groups.
