Moving Forward @ Viterbo

Welcome back for the fall 2021 semester. Our entire campus community is excited for a “new beginning” as we enter this school year, and optimistic that we can continue our reduced COVID-19 restrictions in the weeks and months ahead. Multiple fall athletic teams have already arrived on campus, and in just a few short weeks the rest of our students will return to campus for the start of classes Aug. 30. On behalf of everyone at Viterbo University, we are ready and greatly looking forward to a vibrant environment for learning, growth, and social engagement.

Allow me to make a personal appeal—if you haven’t yet been vaccinated against COVID-19, I urge you to do so. Vaccination is the absolute key to our community’s health and well-being and ending this pandemic. A reminder that all unvaccinated students will need to submit the results of a negative COVID-19 test before returning to campus. Details were previously emailed to all students.

The COVID-19 situation in the area and the nation is constantly evolving, and Viterbo’s policies and procedures are always subject to change. A significant increase in case numbers or other factors may lead to increased safety precautions. Let’s all do our part to keep everyone safe and the campus functioning as normally as possible.

Call 608-796-3211 or email viterbocares@viterbo.edu with any questions or concerns. Have a great year, and thank you for entrusting Viterbo University with your educational experience. Go V-Hawks!
