Men's and Women's Bible Studies and Prayer Opportunities

  • Clare's Vision: A community for all women on campus centered around prayer, community building, and discussions of faith, that gathers every Sunday night at 7:30 p.m. in the Campus Ministry house. Email Miranda Myszka if interested in more information.
  • Brothers in Fellowship: A community for all men on campus centered around prayer, community building, and discussions of faith. Bible Studies are held every Thursday night at 6:00 p.m. in the Campus Ministry house, and other social events for the group are held from time to time. Email Greg Cano if interested in more information.
  • Individual Spiritual Direction: In collaboration with the Franciscan Spirituality Center, Viterbo students have the opportunity to meet with a trained spiritual director (spiritual companion) who will listen and walk with students during their faith journey. Each student has the opportunity to take advantage of four free, 30-45 minute sessions with a spiritual director per semester. Contact Emilio Alvarez (ebalvarez@viterbo.edu) in Campus Ministry for more information.

Rite of Christian Initiation (RCIA)

Interested in the Catholic Church and learning more about it? Are you Catholic, but have not been Confirmed? Are you considering or interested in becoming Catholic? RCIA is a year-long process for individuals looking to receive the sacraments of the Catholic Church. Participants meet regularly for sessions, attend retreat opportunities, and meet in large-group and one-on-one meetings as they prepare themselves for their next steps on their faith journey. Contact Emilio in campus ministry for more information.
