Creating Community

Social Activities

Agape Latte: With the help of Boston College, Viterbo Campus Ministry and Viterbo's Student Government Association have created our Agape Latte Coffee House series. Join us for student entertainment, prizes, coffee, treats, and a personal story from one of our Viterbo community members. We are planning to hold the next Agape Latte the first week of December.

M-U-G: Join us every Thursday for campus ministry's Morning M-U-G (Mingle, Unwind, and Gather) for free coffee, juice, treats, and fellowship. The event is located in the Campus Ministry house (old Student Development Center) from 9–11 a.m. All students and employees are welcome.

Keep an eye out for flyers and communications in the VU Today emails regarding other social activities that Campus Ministry holds throughout the year.

Team Chaplain Program

Campus Ministry works with the athletics department to provide team chaplains (or team mentors) to each of the athletic teams. Team chaplains are there as another resource for the coaches and athletes, but their primary purpose is to be present in a variety of ways to the teams. If you are interested in volunteering, contact Emilio Alvarez  at ebalvarez@viterbo.edu.
