CREATIVE PROBLEM SOLVING: USING CREATIVE AND CRITICAL THINKING
In this course you will learn the specific step-by-step process of Creative Problem Solving. Creative Problem Solving (CPS) is a process that allows students and educators to apply both creative and critical thinking to find solutions to everyday problems. The overall goal of this CPS course is to improve the creative behavior and problem solving ability of you and your students.

PROJECT-BASED LEARNING IN THE ELEMENTARY GRADES
In this interactive hybrid course, students will learn how to use a standards-focused project-based learning model to design authentic learning experiences. During the course, students will work through a set of modules designed to teach the essential elements of PBL. Discussions and activities will be centered on exploration of issues related to PBL. As a culminating activity, students will develop and present a PBL unit that will be utilized in their own teaching.
