MBA with a Health Care Management Emphasis

Viterbo University has a rich history of serving the community through the development of health care professionals. Following this tradition, the MBA program now offers an optional emphasis in health care management. To meet the requirements of this emphasis, students choose electives in health care and focus their integrated research project on a topic related to health care.

Students choosing the MBA with Health Care Emphasis begin and end the program with a cohort of professionals from a variety of industries.  During the summer, health care students select courses focused on various aspects of health care management including a foundational course, Health Care Systems, and other courses exploring specific legal, financial, and quality management aspects of health care.
