What do our students say?
“Viterbo’s MBA program has everything a working professional could ask for: a challenging curriculum, flexible class schedules, and expert faculty. After comparing Viterbo’s program with multiple others, the choice was easy. Viterbo’s online and evening classes gave me the flexibility I needed to successfully balance my studies with work and parenting commitments. What sets Viterbo’s MBA curriculum apart from other programs is its focus on all dimensions of leadership. From ethical dilemmas to quantitative analysis, from social responsibility to negotiation tactics, the MBA program equipped me with the skills necessary to be an effective leader in both my workplace and in my community.”

“I cannot say enough good about Viterbo and the MBA program. From the day I spoke to the program advisor about my interest in the MBA program until the day I graduated I was truly impressed with the faculty and staff. They made going back to college as an adult learner a wonderful experience, from the personal interest they took in my success, to the business ethics woven into every course. I gained so much as a person, a professional, and a leader. Enrolling in the MBA program at Viterbo was the best thing I have ever done for my career and for me.”

"Viterbo University has put together a first class MBA program. As a student working fulltime, I needed a program that offered flexibility as well as an "on campus" experience. I looked at many programs, on campus as well as on line. Viterbo University fit my needs perfectly. As one of the older students in the MBA program, I thoroughly enjoy the interaction with the younger students; their enthusiasm and energy gel well with my maturity and experience. I have made friendships in this program that I know I will carry with me for the rest of my life. Starting back to school at age 57 was one of the best things I ever did."

"The choice was clear. The MBA program at Viterbo was designed for the adult learner and I really enjoyed the servant leadership philosophy that the University embraces. The faculty were inspiring and encouraging and were well versed in their specific areas and were able to communicate that to the learners. It was a great group to learn with and class participation was always lively. After I started the MBA program I made a career change and was living in the Minneapolis area and had to drive back to LaCrosse every Wed night for the next year, but it was worth it."

"Viterbo has created a flexible MBA program that is truly accessible for working adults; the MBA degree is genuinely within reach. The professors are personally committed to the success of the students and provide a refreshingly diverse learning environment that is not only educational but also insightful, thought provoking and current. Of equal value are the relationships this environment allows each cohort to build. The relationships with your cohort and professors are ones that can last well beyond the end of the program. I don't think you could have a better program combination: an education that is current and applicable coupled with the ability to build relationships that can span a lifetime. This program has given me value well beyond my expectations.

“I found out a couple weeks before the MBA program started that my husband and I were pregnant with our first child. I found the cohort model to be very supportive to working adults with families and the faculty members were passionate and encouraging. I finished the MBA program with a stronger sense to contribute ethically to society, enhanced quantitative skills, life-long friendships, and beautiful, healthy daughter.”
