Reservations
1. Normal Requests(meetings, classes, etc.) need to be placed at least 7 days in advance of the event/meeting.
- To request a conference room, contact Danita Doerre at (608) 796-3747 or email scheduling@viterbo.edu and include date, start and end time along with name of the group requesting use.
- To request use of all other Mathy Center spaces, contact the Mathy Center at (608) 796-3121 or email mathycenter@viterbo.edu and include date, start and end time along with name of the group requesting use.
2. Special Event Requests (tournaments, camps, events requiring setup needs, etc.): need to be placed 2 weeks in advance and will require the completion of the Mathy Center Lease/Request Form.
Usage and setup fees may be required for some events.
