Viterbo University iPad Initiative
Viterbo University is exploring iPads in the
classroom. The iPad initiative is a faculty cohort designed to explore
how the device can impact teaching and learning. Students, staff, and
faculty are able to check out an iPad for a day
at the library. Pads are available for individual or classroom
use. As with all library equipment, users are responsible for replacement costs associated with loss or damage. Please make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance for classroom
use.
Standard Apps - The following apps are standard on the library iPads:
- Brushes for iPad
- Keynote
- MoodlEZ
- Numbers
- Pages
Reserving an iPad - To reserve iPads for classroom use, contact Liz Bass at least 24 hours in advance. iPad reservations function on a first come, first served basis.
Requesting a new app - To request a new app be installed on the library iPads, contact Jennifer Nelson with the name of the app, a link to the specific app, and at least 24 hours notice.
