Goals
- Oversee the implementation of the strategic plan for 2008-2013, with specific emphasis on integration of the plan with longer term resource allocations, campus master plan, and self –study recommendations.
- Lead the successful fundraising efforts for the new nursing center; raise at least $14 million in gifts and pledges by March 2010 and break ground in April 2010.
- Direct successful searches and select a replacement for Fr. Tom O’Neill by December 31, 2009 and Buzz Nelson by March 2010. Further, to assist each in their orientation, integration and success at their respective positions.
