Director of Instruction Licensure Program Mission
The mission of the Director of Instruction Licensure Program is to prepare educators to be proactive decision makers bringing together knowledge and experience to make the best decisions to enhance all PK–12 students’ learning. Once those decisions are made and implemented, the educator will continue to use that decision-making information and experience for future decision-making. This process is referred to as reflective decision making. Students will demonstrate an application of the Wisconsin Administrative Standards to their own classroom teaching and/or professional career.
