Position Descriptions

During the evaluation cycle, each employee is expected to review and update his/her position description to ensure that an updated position description exists for each position, consistent with the requirements of the handbook.

The position description should be reviewed and discussed with his/her supervisor to ensure it is an accurate reflection of the description and responsibilities for that position are clearly identified. The supervisor must email  the approved position description as an attachment to which will maintained on file. The subject should be  of the employee who currently holds the position.
