FACULTY POSITION – Business Strategy
Viterbo
University’s Dahl School of Business invites applications for a full-time, tenure
track graduate business faculty member starting August, 2013. The Dahl School of Business offers an MBA
degree with emphasis areas in ethical leadership, project management, health
care management, and international business.
This position’s primary teaching assignment calls for teaching strategic
management. Related teaching assignments
may include global business strategy, research methodology, project management,
leadership or systems thinking and sustainability.
The Dahl School is
seeking an individual with solid academic preparation, professional experience,
and a true passion for helping students become successful, principled business
leaders. We seek collegial faculty who
are doctorally qualified under the ACBSP standards, and who view themselves
foremost as educators and possess a commitment to scholarship.
Qualifications: Doctoral degree in
business-related discipline preferred. ABDs
who will complete their doctorates in 2013 are also encouraged to apply. University level teaching experience and practical
experience applying business strategy in private business strongly
preferred. Experience with online class
delivery is a plus as is an interest in problem or project based learning
methodology.

VISITING FACULTY POSITION - Psychology Department
Psychology
Department at Viterbo University seeks applications for a nine-month visiting
assistant professor for the 2013-14 academic year to teach primarily
in the undergraduate psychology program. The department recently began
offering a master’s in mental health counseling, and has strong undergraduate
majors in psychology, addiction studies and biopsychology. The teaching
load for the position is 12 credits per semester. Courses that the
successful candidate may teach include: theories of counseling, general
psychology, and interviewing. The successful candidate may also teach one
course at the graduate level if they have the appropriate
qualifications. The appointment will be from August 15, 2013-May
16, 2014. QUALIFICATIONS: doctorate in psychology, clinical/counseling,
or counselor education. Candidates who are ABD, or have a master’s with
significant experience and additional training will be considered.
Preference will be given to candidates with previous teaching experience.

FACULTY POSITION - DNP Program Coordinator/NP Graduate Faculty
Viterbo University School
of Nursing is looking for a qualified candidate for a 10 month combined
administrative/teaching position OR a nine month teaching position in
the NP track with choice of tenure track or clinical appointment.
Qualifications: Master’s
of Science in Nursing and certification as Family Nurse Practitioner with three
years’ experience required. DNP or DNP in progress preferred. Teaching experience desirable. Must be eligible for licensure as APNP in
Wisconsin.

Health Counseling
Viterbo University seeks applications for a nine-month
visiting assistant professor position in the master’s of science in mental
health counseling at Viterbo University. The department is seeking candidates
to teach a range of counseling and clinical courses.
The start date for the position is mid-August 2013, and
will finish in mid-May 2014.
Qualifications: Ph.D. or Psy.D. in counselor education or counseling. A mental
health license or license eligibility, and previous teaching experience is
preferred. ABD considered if close to

FACULTY POSITION - Education
The School of Education at Viterbo University seeks applications for a full-time,
fixed-term, one-year appointment. The faculty position is in a National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE) approved
program with constructivist, interdisciplinary approaches. Responsibilities include courses from among the following: reading, elementary education, early childhood
education, and foundations courses plus advising and supervision of student
teachers.
Qualifications: Doctorate preferred,
masters is required with a least three years pre K-12 teaching
experience.
Nine month
