 Assistant Vice President of Principle Gifts  

Viterbo University invites applications for an Assistant Vice President of Principle Gifts.   The primary responsibility is to strengthen and deepen relationships with major benefactors and potential benefactors by ensuring appropriate cultivation and stewardship events, personal contacts, and recognition opportunities are in place.  The individual will plan and execute individual major and planned gift cultivation and solicitation supporting approved fund-raising priorities at the university. 

Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree and CFRE preferred. At least seven years of progressively responsible experience in front-line fundraising and strong working knowledge of industry best practices relevant to the successful cultivation and solicitation of high-level prospects and benefactors for major and planned gifts within a comprehensive campaign.  Experience preferably will be in higher education, although related experience will also be considered. Ability and willingness to work evening and weekend hours including travel both regionally and nationally is required.

Event Operations Coordinator, Audio Specialist   

Viterbo University seeks qualified candidates for an Event Operations Coordinator, Audio Specialist, working within the Fine Arts Center team.  This position will coordinate the technical aspects of assigned events in the Fine Arts Center and campus facilities with a focus on audio/ video systems; provide logistical support for events produced and presented in the Fine Arts Center to include audio, video, lighting and rigging requirements; oversee and maintain audio/video equipment and systems; supervise and train student staff in the safe operation of equipment and facilities.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in technical theatre production; extensive experience with current audio systems and trends, both analog and digital; excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills; First aid and CPR/AED certification; commitment to the educational process; experience as a hands-on working audio professional; computer-controlled lighting, counterweight rigging; proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-aided design software; experience in a presenting facility.

WI Post-Baccalaureate Part-Time Program Specialist     

Half-time, twelve month administrative position in NCATE approved initial licensure post-baccalaureate program. The Program specialist responsibilities include program administration and assessment of students, faculty and program data for teacher licensure programs.

Qualifications: Earned doctorate in education preferred, masters required. Applicants should possess excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and at least three years P-12 teaching experience.

Full time, 12-month administrative position with adjunct teaching assignment in NCATE approved graduate education program offering courses in WI and IA. Responsibilities include program administration and assessment of students, faculty and program data for WI cross-categorical and reading programs. The successful candidate will be a results-oriented leader who possesses excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, organizational and technology skills. Travel and summer commitment required.       

Qualifications: Earned doctorate in education preferred, masters required. Applicants should possess excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and at least three years P-12 teaching experience. Licensure in reading or cross-categorical special education preferred. Some travel is required.
