Welcome to the newest series of performances offered through the Viterbo University Fine Arts Center - the Satellite Series! We are delighted to announce this new venture. Learn more about this exciting offering below.
For a number of years, patrons of the Viterbo University Fine Arts Center have asked about the possibility of bringing more main-stream titles to our venue. Some of these have included Wicked, The Phantom of the Opera, The Book of Mormon, Hamilton, etc.; the list goes on.
While we would love to bring larger-scaled productions to our institution, we do not have enough calendar availability and resources to bring a multi-million dollar tour here for a week long production.
In an effort to preserve our mission to educate, stimulate, inspire, and challenge the university and local community through the presentation of diverse and quality programming, we have developed and implemented a new performance series that provides our patrons, students, and community access to programming that we are not yet able to provide locally.
Through the Satellite Series, we will provide you with the best of Broadway at an all-inclusive price, which includes the cost of the ticket, bus transportation, and administrative fees. It also grants you access to a specialized pre-trip reception.
