Before ordering tickets for our 2017-2018 season, please read the 2017-18 Brochure that outlines important policies about reservations, payment, and other necessary information.

All reservations must be placed through our online order form (click the button above).
You will receive a confirmation email, invoice attached, within 10 days of your order.
- You receive one complimentary ticket for every 10 you purchase; we will calculate this upon receipt of your order. On the order form, indicate the total number of tickets you will need (including students, chaperones, teachers, etc.). You may use your complimentary tickets for students or adults.

Arts for All is an awards program where teachers can apply for a discount on their ticket price based upon the free and reduced percentage at their school. The application for the 2017-18 will be available on July 7, 2017. Click the above link to learn more.

To Order Tickets
You must order online by clicking the Order Tickets button at the top of this page.You must fill out a separate order form for each performance you wish to attend. If you require assistance when filling out the form, please email email@example.com or call 608-796-3735.
Full payment is due October 2, 2017 for reservations made prior to the start of the 2017-18 school year. For reservations made during the school year, full payment is due one month prior to the date of the performance. If you are applying for an Arts for All award, your invoice due date will be adjusted.
Seating location is determined by three criteria: a group’s special accommodation needs, the date the initial reservation is made, and if payment is received by the due date stated on the invoice.
All sales are final. If you experience a significant reduction in the number of seats needed and notify us of the change eight weeks prior to the performance, we will issue a refund for the unused seats. You may revise your numbers up to one week prior to the performance.
If a performance is cancelled by Viterbo University due to inclement weather, we will do our best to reschedule it. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, a refund will be given. If you need to reduce the number of seats for the new date, we will refund the difference. If you are unable to attend a performance due to your school’s delay or cancellation, we will make every attempt to exchange your order for another age-appropriate performance. If your group is unable to attend another performance, we will review requests for refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Group Ticket Policy
The ticket prices listed for the performances are intended for school groups of 10 or more (paid seats) and are made possible through a generous grant from the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Western Wisconsin and Southeastern Minnesota. Orders for non-school groups under 10 seats per performance do not meet the criteria for this reduced cost and will be charged at a higher rate.
Homeschool Families/Mom's Club Groups
If you are a homeschool family, we have a person within the homeschool community who coordinates a group school matinee ticket order. Those who order with the large group will receive discounted ticket prices. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to be added to the homeschool coordinator's mailing list.
Upon your order, communicate any special needs your students have (wheelchairs, walkers, no stairs, visual or hearing impairment, etc.) so we can seat your group appropriately. Because of limited ability to accommodate these needs, we must have this information upon order, or at least one week prior to the performance. Please see our Assistive Listening Device handout to learn more about the devices available to aid your hearing impaired students. If you will bring a hearing impaired student who requires an ASL interpreter but are not able to provide the ASL interpreter, inform us at least one month prior to the performance to allow us to make appropriate arrangements.
