Water & Sewer
In 2010, Viterbo’s Dahl School of Business 4+1 MBA students collected water and sewer baseline data for the years of 2005-2009. Water data was measured in gallons and sewer data was measured in CCFs. One CCF is the equivalent of 748 gallons.
In 2005, water consumption totaled 24.69 million gallons. This figure dropped in 2006 to 22.61 million gallons, and then rose again to 26.59 million gallons in 2007. A significant increase in water consumption occurred in 2008, wherein 31.14 million gallons were consumed. A significant drop occurred in 2009, wherein 19.59 million gallons were consumed.

In 2005, sewer outputs totaled 2.38 million CCFs. This figure progressively dropped over the data collection time period. In 2009, sewer outputs totaled 2.04 million CCFs.
