Mission: The mission of the Viterbo University-Iowa Center Principal Licensure Program is to create a total experience for aspiring administrators, one that produces graduates who are visionary leaders, committed to the concept of quality schooling, who possess a conviction that all children will learn at high levels and who have the ability to inspire everyone in the total school community to share this vision.
Vision: The vision of the Viterbo University-Iowa Center Principal Licensure Program is a culture of learning in which high expectations result in success for all students. Schools are led by reflective powerful leaders of learning, who understand the strength of shared leadership, and who possess the capacity to lead high-performing schools.
