SIFE Kicks Off 2011-2012

Viterbo University's SIFE (Students in Free Enterprise) team traveled to a training session in Minneapolis, Saturday, September 17.  Thirteen of the 52 members were educated on several topics relating to SIFE competition to securing a job.  Dale Carnegie sessions were offered throughout the day on varying topics.  Each Dale Carnegie session incorporated teaming with SIFE members from some of the sixteen other schools attending the event.

Viterbo's SIFE has carried some team projects over from last year, they have initiated new projects and are investigating an international project. Just a few examples of the projects:

  • The Cafe Project

If you have an interest in learning more or becoming a member of Viterbo SIFE, contact any of your SIFE officers (Teague Mitchell, Brooke Anderson, Tony Becker, Chris Bagshaw, Derek Dickman), or Danielle Kurtz, student liaison.  SIFE advisors for 2011-12 are Jan Janiszewski, Paul Robinson, Mike Behan and Todd Ondell.
