Program Dates and Hours
The dietetic internship at Viterbo lasts 11 months and provides approximately 1200 hours of supervised practice in both community and medical dietetics as well as food service management.
The internship begins July 29, 2013 and is completed on June 27, 2014. Supervised practice is 32-40 hours each week Monday through Friday.
During the last eight weeks of the program, students will attend 40 hours per week as they assume the role of entry level dietitians in both a community agency (4 weeks) and a hospital (4 weeks).
