Ethics Video Competition

Spring 2021 Ethics Video Competition on the Common Good

Undergraduate students worked in groups of two to five students to create a five-minute video that shows them engaged in some kind of work towards the common good—or else features an individual or community group engaged in such activity.  The Following are the videos of the 2021 Competition Winners.  

First place will be awarded to ‘Take and Give’ by Michelle Chavez Escalera, Kaitlyn Hooverson, Aubree Schmitz, Alivia Zorteau

 

Second place will be awarded to ‘Social Injustices Regarding Native American Mascots’ by
Levi Magnuson, Anika Philips 

 

Third place will be awarded to ‘Called to Action: Viterbo Students Demand Justice’ by
Cali Gurniki, Grant Barclay, Lauren Ostrem, Mallory Topel  


2020 Competition Finalists 

First place is awarded to ‘Covid-19 and Older Adult Population’ created by Jennifer Lindgren, Mallory Shimp, Sadie Miller, and Sam Hinrichs.


Second place goes to ‘Enactus Healing and Community Gardens’ created by Jessie Benson, Bailey Benson, Miranda Myszka, and Laura Weidemann.


Third place goes to ‘Delivering Groceries and Thanking Grocery Store Workers’ created by Asia Parkhurst, Breanna Ihde, Mikayla Lazar, Paige McKinnon, Sierra Madison, and Victoria Wanger.
