All campus copiers are Multi-Functional Devices (MFD) that can copy, print and scan to email. Viterbo University is dedicated to being environmentally sustainable and during the spring and summer of 2010 we removed a number of desktop printers and opted employees to print directly to a MFD. We have also encouraged employees and students to use the scan to email option rather than "make a copy", by placing signage on and above public access MFD's. For more information about Viterbo's environmental respopnsibility program go to the following link. http://www.viterbo.edu/environment/

Use the Online Paper Form to order paper or envelopes online.

Contact Chad Gilbeck, cagilbeck@viterbo.edu to register for a print license to print to the MFD's.

Customers to the CMMC can receive duplication two ways.

1. Send the document electronically to copycenter@viterbo.edu and use the Online Copy Form to place a request.

2. Bring the document in the CMMC, complete a Copy Form and pick up the copies later.

The CMMC also makes color copies and large format posters. Use the following link to request a large format poster Online Poster Form. For instructions printing posters use the following link poster printing instructions Electronic submission is strongly recommended to achieve the best quality result for all duplication.

Completed copy and print jobs can be placed in an employee mailbox, otherwise all jobs are placed on a shelf for pickup, in the CMMC.

Viterbo employees can also make their own copies at one of the Departmental MFD's located around campus. You will be assigned a User ID and Billing Codes to login to the MFD's. Contact Karen kghurtgen@viterbo.edu if you do not have access to the MFD's.
