Contemp Issues in Spanish Speaking World

A seminar course focusing on the social, cultural, political, economic, and/or religious realities of a particular area of the Spanish-speaking world. Rooted in historical perspectives and contemporary realities, this course provides an analysis and synthesis of these realities. Topics and focus vary. Prerequisite: BC or higher in 307 or 310, or concurrent enrollment. May be repeated once for credit.
