Human resources is offering Viterbo employees in supervisory positions a series of seven different training sessions designed to enhance leadership and management skills.

This leadership development series will be offered in a small group format, limited to 12 people, designed to promote discussion and interaction between participants. Fall sessions starting in October will be three hours and the spring sessions starting in January will be two hours. Each session will remain on the same date/time of the month, which will be determined by the participants in the series. The series is designed for current supervisors, and participation in all sessions is required to participate in the series. This training series will be offered each year.
