As the semester comes to a close, stress levels are high and schedules are full. Keep your fitness goals on track by attending group fitness classes in the Mathy Center. The modified finals week schedule includes classes over the noon hour, as well as some evening class offerings.
- Monday: Noon Total Strength and 7 p.m. Yoga
- Tuesday: Noon Pilates and 7 p.m. Slow Flow Yoga
- Wednesday: Noon Total Strength and Zumba
- Thursday: Noon Yoga
- Friday: Noon Total Strength
