The library survey is a method we use every three years to elicit feedback on how we’re doing. By focusing on our services, resources, online presence, and space, we gain valuable data about what we do well, what we need to improve upon, and for what changes our patrons are asking.
This is the third time we’ve done the survey. Information we’ve gathered has helped inform building changes (e.g., the glass study rooms, Robers silent study, etc.), updates in services offered, how best to modify access to online resources, and much more. We’ve also gained knowledge about how to better reflect the Viterbo mission and how to better reach our community. This year, along with our key areas of inquiry, we’re asking people to reflect upon how they prefer receiving research and expert help.
The survey will run through Wednesday, Nov. 15. All participants will have a chance at winning a $30 Amazon gift card. Click here to participate.
