Printing Costs/Service Fee
Outside Vendors
After an initial design concept is approved, we will get price quotes if your project requires the use of an outside vendor. You will then receive an email naming the vendor and cost. It is your responsibility to fill out the purchase order.
Copy Center
Photocopying is cost effective for quantities less than 200–300. For simple projects requiring a fast turnaround time, without the delays that can be expected when working with an outside printer, photocopying can be an expedient alternative. However, photographs do not reproduce well, two color is not an option, and paper stock selection is limited. If you decide to have your project copied in the copy center, we will furnish you with black and white camera-ready artwork suitable for copying. It is your responsibility to order your copies from the copy center.
Color Copies
If your audience has a four-color appetite and you have a one-color budget, we have a color copier in our office. Four-color applications are particularly attractive for runs of 1–500. You do have to plan ahead and allow us 2 to 4 days to complete your project (depending on size and complexity). Go to the Color Copier Usage section for more information.
