News releases from this office need to be written, proofed and edited, photocopied, emailed and mailed, adding considerable turnaround time. Therefore, all copy and graphics for special sections in the La Crosse Tribune should be submitted at least three weeks in advance of the event for maximum coverage. For publication in local community calendars, allow at least four weeks. The copy deadline for the campus newsletter, Connections, is at 4 p.m. Wednesday prior to the coming Monday's edition. Connections is published on a weekly basis during the academic year.
