Welcome to the Copy, Mail, Media Center at Viterbo University

The Copy, Mail, Media Center (CMMC) provides a variety of copy, mail and media services to the Viterbo University community.

NEW SERVICE at the Copy Center is the ability to print and scan to and from the Multi Functional Devices (copiers) scattered around campus. Let the CMMC personel know if you would like to be set up to print to the closest MFD in your area.

NEW SERVICE at the Media Center is the option to check-out DVDs, VHS tapes, or audio CDs from Viterbo’s library to be used online for courses at Viterbo University. Please use the following link to submit an online media request for your course. Online Media Request Form NOTE: This process is done in real time, so it is not a fast process; please allow a minimum of a week for the conversion to take place.

Other services include:

* making copies
* ordering paper and envelopes
* receiving and sending mail
* receiving and sending Fax transmissions
* scoring tests and evaluations
* producing instructional materials for classroom presentations

Hours of operation:

Copy Center — 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. (Monday–Friday)

Mail Room — 7:30 a.m.–4 p.m. (Monday–Friday)

Media Center — 7:30 a.m.–3 p.m. (Monday–Friday [Wednesday open until 4 p.m.] )
