Application to be a Student Organization

Club Status Renewal Documents

Each year, ALL student organizations must renew their organization's status. This process starts in April 2013 and continues through September 2013. In order to receive up-to-date information from Campus Activities, it is important to complete your renewal as soon as possible.

Steps:

1. If officers have been determined for your club for the 2013-2014 academic year, then please complete this form (Student Organization Status Renewal). If officers have not been determined, then please complete this form (Temporary Contact). 

2. Attend the club officer training events that will occur in September 2013. Dates, locations, and requirements will be posted here as September approaches. 

3. Complete the quiz on Viterbo's policies. One completed quiz per club is required. The quiz will be available in the fall.
